At Keensbury Support Service Ltd we do property Refurbishment and Fit Outs  work, both interiors and exteriors. We deliver what we promise with no compromises. We do works for Public / Private Sectors; Commercial properties from Business Offices, Hotels & Leisure, Retails, Sporting Facilities etc; as well as Residential Properties.

We take you along every step of the way, we will provide you with a Method Statement which will include a step-by-step process of what we will do, Risk and COSHH Assessments and a list of every material we use. We are experienced in all aspects building stages; from  planning, design and obtaining planning permission. We are capable of working to different forms of contract.  Handyman / Maintenace-Man Service

We supply handymen that will attend your premises on regular bases – i.e. 1 day a week for 8 hours a day or 5 days a week for 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours a day depending on the needs and requirements of the customer. We can also tailor the service to suit specific customer needs.


What they will do:

- We will supply him with the basic tools for the handyman to carryout his job as per his job description
- We provide uniforms unless the customer supplies the uniform with their company  logo to the staff
- We provide staff training in line with customer's company policies, in some cases use customer's own
  training manual if requested/required by the customer
- The handyman will do any other odd jobs required by the customer including putting up flat-packed
  furniture
- Quick access / direct line to senior management
